Pulido al 55 %, este junmai ginjo se produce en una cervecería de Saitama fundada en 1894 que utiliza agua subterránea procedente de la cordillera de Chichibu. La cervecería es conocida principalmente por su marca Bunraku, que ha obtenido varias medallas de oro en el Concurso Nacional de Sake Nuevo y se exporta a más de 20 países.
