Kan Nihonkai es la etiqueta insignia de una destilería fundada en 1888 en la costa del Mar del Japón en Hamada, al oeste de Shimane. Usando Gohyakumangoku cultivado bajo contrato con agricultores locales de Yasakacho, la gama se unifica por un final limpio y seco en todos los grados, desde el daiginjo hasta el junmai.
