Kamikokoro Junmai Ginjo Muroka Namazake es un junmai ginjo sin filtrar (muroka) y sin pasteurizar (namazake) de Kamikokoro Shuzo KK en Okayama, muy cercano a su homólogo namashu en su enfoque de producción. La ausencia de filtración con carbón activo y de pasteurización térmica garantiza que el sake conserve la máxima frescura, su color natural y el espectro aromático completo presente en el prensado.
