Junmainigorizake Kajokotobuki Namazumeshu es un junmai turbio de Kotobuki Toraya Shuzo, pasteurizado una vez antes del embotellado en el estilo namazume para equilibrar frescura y estabilidad. El carácter nigori proviene de las lías dejadas en el sake, aportando una textura cremosa junto a los sabores de arroz puro. Este sake de Yamagata ocupa el punto intermedio entre el namasake completamente crudo y las versiones pasteurizadas dos veces.
