Yamatsuru Junmai Ginjo es elaborado por Nakamotoshuzouten en Nara con arroz pulido al estándar ginjo, produciendo un sake que equilibra los aromas frutales ginjo con el cuerpo más pleno de un junmai. La fermentación sin alcohol añadido permite que la dulzura natural del arroz y el umami se manifiesten junto a notas florales en la parte alta. El ancestral entorno cervecero de Nara confiere a este sake un sentido de carácter regional y profundidad.
