Producido en Uehara Shuzo en Shiga, este junmai daiginjo se prensa con el raro método kioke tenbin en barrica de madera utilizando levadura silvestre cultivada en casa en una fermentación natural de estilo yamahai. Su nombre se traduce aproximadamente como 'Cinco hogares, cinco muertes', sugiriendo la intensidad de carácter que el enfoque de elaboración completamente natural de la cervecería produce al nivel de pulido premium.
