Un ginjo de Kosaka Shuzojo en Gifu bajo la etiqueta Hyakushun, elaborado con arroz pulido a al menos un 60 por ciento mediante métodos de fermentación ginjo. El sake ginjo se caracteriza por aromas afrutados y florales producidos mediante fermentación a baja temperatura con cepas de levadura seleccionadas.
