Description
Este honjozo genshu (sin diluir) recibe su nombre de Shirakawa Suigen, uno de los célebres manantiales naturales de Japón cercano a la destilería Yamamura Shuzo en las tierras altas del Aso en Kumamoto. El elevado contenido alcohólico del formato genshu sustenta un cuerpo concentrado y rico, extraído del agua de manantial pura a temperatura constante de esta bodega a 550 metros de altitud.
