Harushika Junmai Ginjonamatsumezake Hiyaoroshi de KK Imanishiseibeisyouten en Nara es un sake envejecido en verano y lanzado en otoño, pasteurizado una sola vez en primavera y luego almacenado durante los meses cálidos antes de embotellarse sin una segunda pasteurización en el otoño. Esta tradición hiyaoroshi produce un sake con un carácter suave y redondeado desarrollado a través de la maduración veraniega.
