Description

Desprende un aroma refrescante de manzana verde joven y melón príncipe. La dulzura derivada del arroz y el delicado aroma de arroz pulido al 45 % son notables, armoniosamente equilibrados. En boca, la acidez es baja, la amargura del arroz es tenue y discreta, y se percibe una acidez suave a media degustación. En el final, una ligera amargura y astringencia realzan la dulzura del arroz, protagonista de este sake. A diferencia de un Daiginjo simplemente afrutado, es un sake híbrido, flexible pero potente, con una marcada presencia del sabor a arroz.
