Almacenado y enviado a temperaturas bajo cero, la denominacion Hyotambin de Hakkaisan garantiza que este Junmai Ginjo llega exactamente como el elaborador lo concibio: fresco, vibrante e intacto. Pulido al 50 % con arroz Yamada Nishiki y Miyama Nishiki, y elaborado con el agua pura del deshielo de las montanas Hakkai en la region de Uonuma, Niigata, es una expresion precisa y contenida del estilo clasico de Niigata. Los aromas discretos de madreselva y frutas del huerto en nariz dan paso a un paladar seco y ligero con textura cremosa de melon, suaves notas citricas y un largo final mineral que persiste suavemente tras cada sorbo.
