Procedente de una bodega de Yamagata fundada en 1706 y ubicada en las estribaciones nevadas del macizo Iide, este sake de grado junmai se elabora con arroz cultivado localmente y fermentado con levadura de Yamagata. La bodega practica una elaboración artesanal aprovechando el agua y los ingredientes propios de este terruño.
