Añejado durante más de tres años, este sake daiginjo madurado de Etajima Meijo está pulido entre el 40 y el 50% y elaborado con agua de manantial suave del sagrado monte Furutaka de la isla mediante el método koji-buta. El añejamiento prolongado profundiza el sabor en un perfil concentrado y complejo con un final seco.
