Description

Este sake utiliza Yamada Nishiki de la prefectura de Hyogo, un arroz para sake cuidadosamente pulido. La fermentación, que normalmente dura 30 días, se prolonga aquí hasta 40 días para que sea lenta. El resultado es un aroma ginjo elegante y afrutado. Gracias a su final ligeramente seco, se puede disfrutar de forma refrescante, realzado por su bello perfume.
