Parte de la serie Elements of Life de Emishiki Shuzo, este junmai daiginjo se fermenta con levadura de flor de fresa (hanakobo) desarrollada en la Universidad Agrícola de Tokyo, produciendo un aroma delicado que recuerda a las fresas frescas en flor. Elaborado en Koka, Shiga, exclusivamente con arroz de origen local por esta destilería de tres personas, equilibra una suave dulzura floral con la acidez limpia y refrescante que define el estilo de la casa.
