Esta es una línea básica que existe desde los primeros días del sake Edo Kaijo. Al igual que Tokyo, que cambia constantemente, la levadura y el método de elaboración varían en cada tanque, ofreciendo cada vez sabores, aromas y matices distintos. Se utilizan tres tipos de arroz: Yamada Nishiki, Omachi y Miyama Nishiki.

This is fruity yet has a refreshing aftertaste, making it very easy to drink. While it may be challenging to continue drinking other Daiginjo sakes, this one can be enjoyed throughout a meal. Had it at Uokin Honten in Shinbashi.
