Un doburoku (sake turbio sin filtrar) elaborado con arroz de Tokyo pulido al 70 %, en una cervecería del barrio de Minato que perpetúa una tradición que data de 1812. Elaborado únicamente con arroz, koji y agua, sin aditivos, se embotella a un contenido alcohólico moderado del 13 % con un sabor suave y naturalmente dulce que recuerda al amazake.
