Daiginjo Fukumanekineko (福招き猫), con el motivo del gato de la suerte que invita, es un Daiginjo elaborado con Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 % por Aichi Shuzo en Aishō-cho, Shiga. Fundada en 1869 en esta localidad históricamente rica en agua cerca del lago Biwa, esta pequeña destilería (aproximadamente 1.000 litros al año) ha obtenido 3 premios consecutivos en el Concurso Nacional de Nuevos Sakes y una medalla de oro en el Feminalise World Wine Competition.
