El Yamada Nishiki pulido al 60 % forma la base de este Chikurin Fukamari Toro Muroka Namagenshu de Marumotoshuzo en Asakuchi, Okayama. Envejecido a baja temperatura durante más de seis meses tras el prensado, este junmai ginjo sin filtrar, sin pasteurizar y de fuerza completa desarrolla una dulzura rica similar a la miel y una textura viscosa y suave, gracias al Yamada Nishiki cultivado de forma orgánica por la propia destilería.
