Description

Shibottamanma (搾ったまんま), que significa 'tal como fue prensado', es un junmai genshu nigori sin filtrar y sin pasteurizar de Chikumanishiki Shuzo en la cuenca de Saku en Nagano, elaborado a 700 metros de altitud con agua de pozo rica en minerales de los Alpes japoneses. Usando arroz cultivado en Nagano y pulido al 65 %, este nigori activo y vivo captura la energía cruda del sake recién fermentado.
