Banshu Okuharima Yamahai Junmai Yamadanishiki 55 Nama utiliza 100 % Yamada Nishiki cultivado en Hyogo, pulido al 55 % con el método tradicional yamahai, embotellado sin pasteurizar. Procedente de Shimomura Shuzoten, rodeada en un 90 % de bosque en las montañas de Himeji, esta pequeña cervecería artesanal (fundada en 1884) practica el yamahai desde 1994, desarrollando la profundidad láctica y la complejidad por las que Okuharima es conocido.
