Description

El Tokubetsu Junmai de Azakura Shuzo es el punto de entrada a la gama de arroz puro de la destilería, elaborado en la prefectura de Akita con arroz de origen local y el agua de manantial regional que ha sustentado la elaboración de sake en el distrito de Hiraka desde la fundación de la destilería en 1876. Ofrece una expresión limpia y honesta de la tradición Junmai de Akita, sin la intensidad de las expresiones muroka genshu.
