Este Junmai Ginjo de añada de Azakura Shuzo usa Misato Nishiki pulido al 50 %, embotellado como muroka genshu y que ahora muestra el carácter envejecido desarrollado a lo largo de años de cuidadosa conservación. La preferencia de Azakura por el arroz cultivado en Akita y la levadura Yukiguni UT-2 crea una arquitectura de sake que evoluciona armoniosamente con la edad.
