Description

Akamaru Daina es un sake pulido al 65 % de Kikunosato Shuzo en la región de Nasu, Tochigi, elaborado con agua de pozo extraída de los limpios manantiales subterráneos de la cuenca del río Naka. La destilería, fundada en 1866 en la llanura de Nasuno, utiliza Gohyakumangoku cultivado localmente como arroz de sake principal para expresar el carácter de este terroir del norte de Kanto.
