Description

Basado en el principio 'Ichida Ichigu' (un producto por arrozal), este Junmai Ginjo de la serie Jo de Aizu Musume está elaborado exclusivamente con el arroz de una sola parcela. Procede de la zona de Tokuhisa, al sur del barrio de Ichinono en Kadota. En los arrozales vecinos de 'Tokuhisa 114' se practica la agricultura biológica. Se trata de un arroz orgánico de grano ligeramente pequeño pero sólido.
