El primer vintage Gunma Toumou Terroir, elaborado a partir de Gohyakumangoku de cosecha única cultivado en Meiwa, distrito de Ora, Gunma, molido al 55%. Fermentado en Shimizuya Shuzo en lotes de 600 kg con fermentación prolongada a baja temperatura, expresa el terroir de las llanuras orientales de Gunma a través de una acidez elevada y notas frutales frescas en constante evolución.
