Benannt nach der gefeierten NHK-Dramaserie, die in der Kurstadt Kinosaki spielt, bezieht dieser ginjo-klasse junmai von Yoshimura Shuzo in Hyogo seine Identität aus den regionalen Wurzeln der Brauerei. Yoshimura war Vorreiter bei der salicylsäurefreien Brauweise über die gesamte Produktlinie und entwickelte eine Schnellkühlanlage, um Ethylcarbamat in allen Produkten zu minimieren.
