Description

Ginjo aus Gohyakumangoku-Reis in Hyogo gebraut, der jedes Jahr im Herbst als hiyaoroshi nach einmaliger Pasteurisierung und sommerlicher Tankreifung auf den Markt kommt. Der Einmal-Erhitzungs-Reifungsprozess rundet die Textur des Sake ab und bringt den glatten, sanften Charakter hervor, der den hiyaoroshi-Stil auszeichnet.
