Junmai Daiginjo genshu bei 50% Poliergrad, fermentiert mit der hauseigenen Yukitsubaki-Hefe der Brauerei, gesammelt von Kamelienblüten im Kamo-Bergpark, und als shiboritate (frisch gepresst) namazake im Winter abgefüllt. Die ginjo-Aromen von Apfel und Banane, der reiche Gaumen und der lange Abgang machen diese limitierte Saisonausgabe zu einer nur ab November erhältlichen Rarität.
