Yahatagawa Jousen ist ein alltäglicher Tafelwein-Sake, der mit lokalem Hiroshima-Reis bei 70 % Polierung und Quellwasser vom Berg Gokurakuji im Saeki-Bezirk gebraut wird. Die in der Bunsei-Ära gegründete Brauerei stellt diesen zugänglichen Tafelwein in der Weich-Wasser-Hiroshima-Tradition her, mit einem milden, trockenen Abgang, der für den Warmservice geeignet ist.
