Tsukinoi Junmai Ginjo Hikoichi Nama ist ein unpasteurisierter junmai ginjo von KK Tsukinoishuzouten in Ibaraki, ohne Wärmebehandlung abgefüllt, um seine frische, aromatische Vitalität zu erhalten. Auf mindestens 60 % poliert und bei niedrigen Temperaturen fermentiert, drückt der sake lebhafte fruchtige Noten aus, die für die ginjo-Fermentation typisch sind, neben der lebendigen Textur, die für namazake charakteristisch ist.
