Yamada Nishiki, auf 40 % poliert, ist die Grundlage dieses Daiginjo von Suminoe Shuzo in der Stadt Hannan, Osaka. Die in der Edo-Zeit gegründete Kura nutzt Grundwasser aus dem Izumi-Gebirge, und dieser Daiginjo erhielt eine Silbermedaille beim International Wine Challenge in London.
