This Junmai Ginjo from Akita opens with orange peel and light floral aromas layered over a subtle minerality. The palate shows pear and Fuji apple with a present, well balanced acidity that keeps the mild sweetness from feeling heavy. Creamy on the mid palate, it finishes by fading from soft sweetness toward dry.
