Brewed with the cold resistant Kan no Mai rice variety, this junmai carries smoky, saline rice flavors within a textured, layered profile. Its milling rate of 68 percent shapes a distinctive character that is smoky and sweet with cleansing acidity at the end. Simple rice notes and a malt like flavor give way to a dry finish.
