Im ersten Jahr der Reiwa-Ära (R1BY) abgefüllt, erfasst dieser honjozo shinshu aus einer 1716 gegründeten Fukui-Brauerei den frischen, ungereiften Charakter des frühwinterlichen Pressens. Die Brauerei verwendet Hakusan-Quellwasser vom Yasaka-Schrein-Gelände und lokal angebauten Echizen-machi-Reis.
