Description

Tama-Sakae-Reis, eine mit der Präfektur Shiga assoziierte Sorte, bildet die Basis dieses tokusen honjozo von Uehara Shuzo, gebraut mit Quellwasser, das durch die Hügel oberhalb der Westküste des Biwa-Sees gefiltert wird. Die 1862 gegründete Brauerei wendet auf diesen honjozo dieselbe kioke-tenbin-Holzfasspressphilosophie und hauseigene Hefe an, die ihr junmai- und ginjo-Sortiment prägen.
