Der Sake drückt das charakteristische Katafune-Profil aus runder Süße und reichem Umami aus, ausgeglichen durch einen sauberen Abgang, unter Verwendung von natürlich gefiltertem Grundwasser aus den Küstendünen von Joetsu.
