Senbon Nishiki, Hiroshima Prefectures wertvoller Sake-Reis, der als Nachfolger von Yamada Nishiki für nationale Wettbewerbe gezüchtet wurde, ist die einzige Zutat dieses junmai daiginjo aus einer 200 Jahre alten Hiroshima-Brauerei. Gebraut mit weichem Quellwasser vom Berg Gokurakuji, liefert er die zarten, apfelduftigen Aromen und den leichten Körper, die für den Brausti von Hiroshima mit weichem Wasser charakteristisch sind.
