Description

Junmai Daiginjo, der von der Okayama Yamanarishuzou-Brauerei im Herbst als Hiyaoroshi auf den Markt gebracht wird, einem Betrieb, der seit über 200 Jahren in der Bitchu-Region mit lokalem Reis und Wasser Sake braut. Der Sake wird nach dem Pressen einmalig pasteurisiert, dann über den Sommer gelagert und ohne weitere Wärmebehandlung versandt.
