Description

In Okayama angebauter Yamada Nishiki wird für diesen daiginjo auf 40 % gemahlen, was ein fruchtiges Aroma neben einem raffinierten, trockenen Abgang mit einer überraschend weichen Süße am Gaumen ergibt. Die Brauerei schöpft aus dem Grundwasserleiter des Ashimori-Flusses, demselben Wasser, das historisch von Toyotomi Hideyoshis Truppen verwendet wurde, und hat vierzig aufeinanderfolgende Erstpreise beim Okayama Prefectural Jizake Competition gewonnen.
