Description

Dies ist eine Grundlinie, die es seit den frühen Tagen des sake Edo Kaijo gibt. Wie Tokyo, das sich täglich verändert, werden Hefe und Braumethode von Tank zu Tank variiert, sodass jedes Mal ein anderer Geschmack, ein anderes Aroma und unterschiedliche Nuancen entstehen. Es werden drei Reissorten verwendet: Yamada Nishiki, Omachi und Miyama Nishiki.

This is fruity yet has a refreshing aftertaste, making it very easy to drink. While it may be challenging to continue drinking other Daiginjo sakes, this one can be enjoyed throughout a meal. Had it at Uokin Honten in Shinbashi.
