Currently, we are working on sake brewing mainly by the seventh generation brewery, who has inherited the traditional techniques of Nanbu Tori. The concept of sake brewing is Simple Is Best I believe that simple things are hard to be transmitted immediately, but I believe that it is a really good thing that is loved for a long time, and I try to make careful sake brewing that values ​​the basics that are not swayed by fashion.
