Sake Brand
Sachihime
Sachihime Shuzo was founded in 1934 in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, when the Minematsu family began brewing sake alongside their traditional akagai clam-farming heritage, naming the brand after their daughter's happiness. Located near Yutoku Inari Shrine, one of Japan's three great Inari shrines, the brewery has long served as the official supplier of sacred omiki sake to the shrine, and has been welcoming visitors for brewery tours since the 1960s.
