Each batch starts with premium Oregon Craft sake brewed using Willamette Valley water and Calrose grain derived from Japanese sake rice, then infused with natural fruit ingredients to create accessible, gently sweet expressions. The lineup, which includes Asian Pear, Summer Plum, and Coconut and Lemongrass variants, pioneered a category that helped introduce sake to a broad American audience.
