Moonstone
Moonstone is produced by SakeOne, America's original craft sake brewery, located in Forest Grove, Oregon, and launched in 1999 as the first flavored sake line in the United States. Each batch starts with premium Oregon Craft sake brewed using Willamette Valley water and Calrose grain derived from Japanese sake rice, then infused with natural fruit ingredients to create accessible, gently sweet expressions. The lineup, which includes Asian Pear, Summer Plum, and Coconut and Lemongrass variants, pioneered a category that helped introduce sake to a broad American audience.

Recent Moonstone Reviews
Very sweet, but I can feel sake flavor afterwards. It’s somewhat similar to “Ume Shu”, plum wine. Very good for sake beginners.
on Moonstone Asian Pear →Very sweet and smooth. Taste more like plum wine. I think this will be very good for sake beginners, but this may provide wrong prescriptions on Sake. Purchased at a local Asian grocery store for $9
