Sake Brand

Kishinomatsu

Kishinomatsu is produced by Yamagishi Saketen in Minowa Town, Nagano Prefecture, a brewery established between 1830 and 1840 in the Ina Valley at the foot of the Central Alps. The brand uses locally grown Miyamanishiki rice and water from the Central Alps aquifer, representing the straightforward food-pairing sake tradition of the Shinshu region. The range includes a standard honjozo and table sake, centered on the everyday drinking culture of the Ina basin.
