Hyakumoku is a landmark brand launched in 2016 by Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewing, marking the brewery's first new label in 130 years. While Kiku-Masamune has produced dry kimoto-style sake in Nada, Hyogo since 1659, the young Hyakumoku team of brewers in their twenties through forties developed an entirely new production process from scratch, aiming to craft a sake that endures for more than a century into the future.
