The Course
On this visit, we enjoyed the Chef's Premium Omakase Course (¥12,500, tax included).
The meal begins with seasonal appetizers and sashimi, followed by grilled, fried, and simmered dishes. The highlight is a seasonal fish shabu-shabu, showcasing the freshest seafood of the day. To finish, guests are served a seasonal clay pot rice, allowing the flavors of the season to shine through in every bite.
As the menu changes depending on the day's catch and ingredients, each visit offers a new and unique dining experience.

Sake Highlights
The course includes a premium all-you-can-drink package featuring approximately ten varieties of Japanese sake.
The lineup ranges from crisp, dry styles to rich and umami-driven junmai selections, carefully chosen to complement the seasonal seafood. Whether you're a dedicated sake enthusiast or simply looking to explore Japanese sake for the first time, the pairing experience adds another layer of enjoyment to the meal.
