Daiginjo polido a 40% por uma cervejaria fundada em 1844 ao sopé do Monte Sarakura, utilizando Yamada Nishiki cultivado localmente em Itoshima e água de nascente da serra Sarakura. Prensado por gotejamento com o método tradicional fusa-tsuri, oferece aroma frutado refinado e um perfil limpo e puro com mínimas impurezas.
