O arroz Gohyakumangoku de Niigata, polido a 40%, é a base deste junmai daiginjo, fermentado com as linhagens de koji Ginrei e Kaori junto às leveduras 1401 e 1501 em um processo de quatro etapas com longa fermentação em baixa temperatura. Aroma frutado delicado e suave dulçor dentro de um perfil limpo caracterizam esta expressão da linha premium King of Premium da Seiryu Shuzo.
