Em 2008, utilizando "Echinan 165" como pai e o primeiro arroz para sake da Prefeitura de Mie, "Kaminoho", como mãe, nascido e cultivado na terra dos deuses, surgiu um autêntico Junmai Ginjo de Mie, produzido com o fermento local do arroz para sake de Mie. O sake recém-prensado é imediatamente pasteurizado uma única vez, resultando no Premium Gizaemon recém-prensado.
